After undergoing hormone therapy and starting the change to becoming a female, she has now legally changed her name and is ready to have cosmetic surgery to look even more like a woman. Jessica is having breast implants, cheek implants, her eyebrow bone shaved, an eyebrow lift and her hairline lowered. Will she finally embody the J-Lo look she's longed for and will she become a model with her new feminized appearance?
