Not knowing that Geon-wu and Seo-gyeong are together at the Yangpyeong cottage, Se-yeong heads there after a phone call from So-young. Gyeong-sun is confused by Se-yeong’s remark that Geon-wu must have prepared a special present for her. Seo-gyeong tells Geon-wu that Tae-hyeon knows everything and that she wants to live as a family with him and Jin-a as soon as possible. Tae-hyeon seeks a lawyer and asks about divorce proceedings and whether the spouse who had an affair could apply for a divorce. After the lawyer informs him that it is not legal for the cheating spouse to apply for a divorce, Tae-hyeon ponders upon this fact. When So-young comes to see him, Tae-hyeon yells at her that he is disgusted over her ruthless ways of gaining what she wants. He also claims to So- young that even if he loses Seo-gyeong, he won’t turn to her. Meanwhile, Se-yeong arrives at the cottage. She sees a picture of Geon-wu and Seo-gyeong and faints from the shock.
