Documentary series about double glazing company U-Fit, run by Ann and John Armstrong. John and Ann have decided to take a scientific approach to hiring effective salespeople for the U-Fit Team. Tired of hiring the wrong kind of people, they're bringing in a team of personality profilers to help them get it right. John's been looking for a new kind of business venture and decides to give the neon sign industry a run for its money by producing a cheap alternative using luminous resin paint.
