At the bakery they make it: fresh bread. But the supermarket can do better. There are loaves of bread that could last much longer than normal: they are fresh. From currant bun and casino to whole wheat. There is longer fresh and extra long fresh. Tasty for a long time and tasty for even longer. But how do they do that? The bags don't reveal that.
