The crew is in a very dangerous area of their world and yet they are surprised when bad things happen. “Here we are in a dark/ dank forrest that we know for sure is infested with evil lizard men. Let’s leave this child and mysterious boat lady alone with a handful of griffons!” Maybe this fight is just what they need to get over this “stealing of the Brazier of Worlds Drama.” I think so.
