Catch n Cook Lime Pepper Chip Crumb Flathead Fish Cooked on the fire (2017x15)

I go fishing in tropical north Queensland Australia and catch a few nice fish. Two of which are nice big Flathead. I fillet one and cook it on an open fire right on a beautiful beach. This is a super simple recipe, but amazingly delicious. There are only a couple of ingredients, Lime and Pepper chips, butter and lemon.
