Mike Costigan (https://youtube.com/driveshowtv) doesn't usually need a reason to drive fast but when his wife was in labor during a high-risk pregnancy, he put his foot down hard in his BMW E60 M5. Even with a wife clearly in labor, though, it didn't get him out of a ticket during a roadside stop.
