"Șef sub Acoperire" is a Romanian reality television show where CEOs or high-level executives of prominent companies go undercover to experience their businesses from the ground up. The show is based on the international "Undercover Boss" format. In each episode, a company leader disguises themselves and takes on entry-level roles within their own organization, often in positions that they have little to no experience with. As they work alongside regular employees, they gain insights into the daily challenges, workplace dynamics, and often, the hidden talents of their staff. The experience allows the boss to understand firsthand the struggles and successes within the company and helps them identify areas for improvement.
