José Luis is wounded by a bullet after a strong confrontation with Manuel over Leonor. Luis Emilio and Ignacio arrive at the worker's house to rescue their father and prosecute their mother for her affair with Violeta's uncle. The next day, Leonor arrives at the farm and is once again insulted by her children and they even demand that she never return. However, she still begs them to let her talk to her father. On the other hand, María meets Herminia in the forest and gives her a letter from Alberto. In the letter, the worker swears eternal love to the woman and promises to return for her, a situation that moves her to tears. Leonor manages to enter José Luis's room and apologizes for not having told him the truth.
