He needs room for a photography studio in order to help pay the mortgage. His biggest obstacle is what he calls his functioning OCD; He hates tiles, carpets and wants everything recently updated, and won't look at anything more than 10 years old. With a budget of just $100,000, will John be able to see the potential in a less-than-perfect home?
