Toot wants responsibility in the Zoom family and Helene allows him to take charge of an emergency microphone for the day. It's up to Ricky to teach him how to take it to the emergency room, but Toot doesn't know how to give him instructions. With Ricky's help, Toot learns to give his own instructions in his own way and, working together, they manage to save Maxwell when he calls them in an emergency.
