Neven prepares Dublin Bay prawn spring rolls with mango salsa to start, then turkey breast with citrus butter, honey glazed ham with a side of mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, red onion and bacon crumble for his main. And for dessert, he serves up chocolate baked Alaska covered in chocolate sauce.
