Roberto notices Cynthia behind the counter at the panaderia (bakery), who receives a troubling telephone call. He offers a sympathetic ear. Bibi becomes aware of Paco's indiscretion. Paco turns to the liquor bottle for solace. Despite Carlos' best efforts to dissuade him at a bar, Paco's intoxicated belligerence sends him into the night and straight to Bibi and Tommy.
