Miss Brewbird
Balmoral Chicken & A Sweet Manhattan Cocktail | Scottish Recipe Tutorial (1x5)

Haggis is the most famous and infamous Scottish food there is. The balmoral chicken is a dish that celebrates the haggis by stuffing it inside a chicken breast and then wrapping it all up in bacon. I am quite fond of haggis, it's like having spiced mince, so don't believe all the bad press haggis gets. We're washing all that meaty goodness down with a Manhattan cocktail
