A patient's body at the Cromwell Hospital in London is chronically rejecting a recently replaced liver, and a suitable donor organ is located in Hull. Cameras follow the final part of the journey, where the Metropolitan Police use a patrol car to cover twenty-nine miles across central London on a busy Friday afternoon - with only thirty-five minutes to complete the journey.
