The troop accompany railroad men to a ghost town located in the path of a scheduled railroad track looking for the owner of the land. Mysterious phenomena seem to be the work of ghosts. Rin Tin Tin discovers a crusty old man who turns out to be the owner of the land and the town's ex-marshall.
