At the same time, he and Jerry try to mold Katie into a full-fledged lawyer by preparing her for her first murder trial, but things go awry when she makes a spur-of-the-moment decision in open court. Meanwhile, Judge Weldon's request to have a baby makes Alan question his potential for fatherhood.
