Tuck Meng from Season 1 returns - he is being prosecuted on charges of corruption . In his new position as Managing Director of his company , he agreed to pay a bribe to one of his clients , in order for his client to award a contract to Tuck Meng's company . The contract is awarded , but Tuck Meng doesn't pay the bribe . Someone from the client's company rats him out and he faces time in jail . Ginny goes to meet Wayne , hoping to pay him off so he will leave her alone and stop posting the sex videos of them . But the meeting takes a tragic turn .
