A biker gang hassles Joe. He finally finds a sign pointing to a town: Blue Town, 1.5 miles away. Wait... Fifteen miles! Meanwhile, in Blue Town, the biker gangs come in and try to wreak havoc. But the town's self-proclaimed hero, Captain Blue Jr, steps in and fires an assault! But when Bianco Billy, a real Gedow member appears, can Joe save the day?
