While Nilüfer and her team roll up their sleeves to uncover the real reasons behind Doğa's enigmatic crises, they have to deal with the annoying attitudes of the young girl's parents, Meral and Kutay, and examine the suspicious behavior of Meral's young lover, Ozan. Kuzey, who finds himself in the hospital again while waiting to be discharged, is determined to reveal the truth about Nilüfer. Prosecutor Ömer, on the other hand, tries to restrain the oscillations between his feelings for Nilüfer and his commitment to the law. Nilüfer's rapprochement with Ömer will be interrupted by an unexpected crisis, leaving Ömer with question marks. While Young Doğa unexpectedly reveals the reason for her crisis and anxiety to her parents, with the help of Nilüfer and her team, Prosecutor Ömer will call Kuzey to his office to hear the facts about Nilüfer in person.
