On the 7th of July 2017 an Air Canada Airbus A320 came within meters from landing on top of FOUR other aircraft in San Francisco international airport. The four other aircraft were standing in line on taxiway C, awaiting takeoff clearance. How is it possible that a trained and experience flight crew in a modern airliner could make such a mistake?
