Boat Builder, Bob Emser makes and fits custom bulkheads in a new way. As the 9' dinghy project for Steve Denette's tender Victoria progresses we see the bulkheads being make and fitted. Using recycled Cedar and Mahogany from a 100 year old, boat panels are made for the bulkheads. In addition Bob uses Peel Ply fro the first time.
