Arsal comes home to argue with Shehryar only to discover that his father is having a heart attack. Jamshed is taken to the hospital where Agha Jee tells Jalal that Jamshed is faking the heart attack. Jiya tries to console Arsal but he acts coldly towards her. Shahana reaches the hospital disturbed.
