A slimy real estate assessor convinces a juvenile delinquent to help him buy a valuable space port on Titan by blowing up its fuel tanks. Their crooked plan goes off without a hitch until Major Robertson catches them red-handed. In desperation the schemers capture the Space Patrol personnel and leave their prisoners trapped with a time bomb while they steal Corry's battle cruiser to make their escape.
