Neighbours, no longer prepared to put up with the prostitutes working their street, create a committee charged with getting rid of them. The group is led by Edmond Margol, fervent supporter of zero tolerance. One evening, he sets fire to a prostitute's vehicle, whilst she's sleeping in the back.
