Then he’s off to Vancouver B.C. to check out their ultra-fresh, farm-to-table seafood and some hand-rolled pasta perfection. From there, John heads to Hamilton Ont. to get out of his comfort zone at an incredibly unique meat-centric restaurant complete with stuffed chicken wings and sweetbread tacos.
