Veer meets the second in command of the group - "Raksha Mandal". He tells him he wants to be a goon and wants to make a big name for himself. At that very moment Shivaay enters as a nerd who opposes the existence of Raksha Mandal but Veer and Shivaay put up a fake fight and join Raksha Mandal. When Veer enters the den of Raksha Mandal, he sees a person on a wheel chair whose face is covered and he accidently touches the person.
