This is the infamous Ham & Lima Beans MCI or "C-Rat" - hailed by many veterans as being the worst of the worst! If you were stuck with this one, good chance either you were going to figure out a way to eat something else.. or go hungry instead. Check out the Ration that truly lives up to it's name - and also some smokes that you can count on - you can always count on smokes that are at least 45 years old.
