Around noon on Saturday December 28, 1996, the postman from Blanzy, a small town in Saône-et-Loire, set off on a small tarmac path that leads to the farm at the locality of Ogle lagoon. After a few meters, he sees a body lying in the frozen ditch that borders the road. He rushes to the farm to call for help. The latter arrive quickly on site. The corpse is quickly identified. This is 20-year-old Christelle Blétry, an uneventful young woman who lives two kilometers away.
