Henrik Elvestad has taken the trip to Årungen rowing stadion to check if Olaf Tufte is on schedule for his seventh (!) Olympics. Elvestad gets to experience a day out of the ordinary when he gets to try his hand at the double four with Olaf and the rest of the guys. Finally, the stage is set for a duel and rowing is done like there is no tomorrow.
