Shin-chan helps his mother get well by filling the ice bag with water but forgets to close it because of which, the rooms gets flooded. Shin-chan and Masao go into the park to play. Shin-chan bravely chases away Takeshi who snatches food from other children. Shin-chan spends his parent's money on food and games at a fair. They end their day by watching fireworks.
