Casper's depression is now so severe that he has been hospitalized and Frank is in a dilemma, should he prioritize sex or his sick friend? Persistent attempts on the part of Frank and Mia to find "alone time" are wasted, and Frank admits that the father-in-law gets more sex than he does.
