Casper believes he has white house potential, as 95% of everything he says is true. Frank is more skeptical, and before long, two girls from the Eastern Bloc, Jønne's jacuzzi, a drowned flower bed and a mad Iben are involved in stupid intricacies that can cast doubt on Casper's white house potential.
