Brooke visits Stephen in prison and is stunned when her father tells her not to accept Stephanie’s deal. She’s even further stunned when Stephen explains that Bill will take care of everything. When Brooke leaves, Pam arrives with lemon bars and assures Stephen that she is there for him. The two lovers share how they feel about each other. Bill puts his plan to reacquire part of Forrester Creations into action. Justin represents Donna in her arbitration regarding her divorce settlement with Eric. Stephanie offers up a deal that doesn’t sit well with Justin or Bill. As Bill and Stephanie exchange harsh words and fling accusations, Jarrett calls Bill on his cell to let him know that Pam is visiting Stephen in jail. Bill shocks the Forresters, and the Logan sisters, when he refuses Stephanie’s deal. Later, Pam arrives and testifies as an eye witness to the shooting, leaving some of the people furious and others quite content.
