Despite their suspicions about Bill’s true intentions of buying Forrester Creations, Brooke and Ridge vow to make the difficult transition together. Bill plans a romantic evening for Katie that involves dinner, candles, wine, and a very important question. Katie later pledges her loyalty to Bill.
