As Brooke and Ridge prepare for their rehearsal dinner celebration, the matter of Rick’s attendance adds friction to the day. Brooke extends an invitation to Rick, which isn’t received very well, while Ridge extends the same invitation to Taylor. Phoebe returns for her father’s wedding and reveals the true reason behind why she had left town. It becomes apparent that Phoebe still carries residual resentment towards Taylor and Rick.
