Reactions to Donna’s announcement are mixed as the press scrambles to meet their deadlines. All parties involved pick up the pieces of their lives that were shattered by Donna’s shocking statement. Brooke convinces Donna that she has made a mistake. Owen then persuades Donna that Brooke doesn’t have her best interests at heart the way he does. After going head-to-head with Brooke, Donna is comforted by Owen but is caught off-guard when he kisses her.
