A man, a bullet and an involuntary running over of a child. Thus begins the Conspiracy Theories series. The man is Pedro Soares Teixeira, an influential lawyer who moves as easily in the offices of power as he does in the criminal underworld. The bullet is sent in an envelope to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a bank, the child is left injured among the bushes. And the data has been released for several investigations that will run in parallel: Maria Amado, investigative journalist, and José Madeira from the Judiciary Police. The situation of the struggle for power in that bank is coming to an end and everything goes from espionage to contacts with the Government.
