Phil Ivey scores an early double, while lots of previous champions are in the field including Doyle Brunson, Dan Harrington, Scotty Nguyen, Chris Ferguson, and Carlos Mortensen. This was the largest poker event in history at the time: 8,773 players competed for a $82,512,162 prize pool.
