The mayor is angry and there will be no Christmas party. Severinsen has to weigh flour in 2-pound bags, but doesn't notice that the scales are wrong. The mayor does notice, because the scales in the warehouse are also wrong. The bags have to be reweighed and Karoline has to help. They end up fooling around until the elves ask Mads to use his whistle.
