Young Adrian Martinez has always had a pinkish birthmark on his leg and has learned to deal with it. But when he is twelve years old, he develops hotness, unusual swelling, and pain in his right leg. His leg grows so much that after he starts high school, it weighs about one hundred and fifty pounds and it limits his ability to walk.
