Toni starts his new job at the hospital and naturally wants to do everything right. The fact that he causes a lot of resentment among other people leads to a lot of trouble. Leo and Jonas have a serious falling out. Emma is also unable to placate Leo. When an acute inflammation forces him back into a wheelchair and he finds out about Emma's new life plan, he makes a momentous decision.
