Máša, a young girl, comes to the hospital for a planned gallbladder operation. During the operation, Balog discovers that during the two months she was waiting for the operation, a tumor had grown in the girl, affecting several organs. The girl wants to fight for her life, but there is no hope. Professor Richard witnesses this scene and it forces her to change her perspective on her remaining time. Rebeka admits to Noel that she is in love with Balog. When she wants to tell him, she sees Dr. Max with him in an intimate situation. Inéz has the nickname Angel of Death, which she got in Switzerland, where she assisted in authorized suicides, and Vilma, who knows about it, blackmails her with it.
