Dr. Balog, who worked in Ethiopia, arrives at the hospital. The director appoints him as the new head of the surgical department instead of the current doctor Polák. Rebeka, who is doing her certification in surgery, meets him when she starts her compulsory internship in surgery. Dr. Max is not happy about it. Agata quit her job and informed David that she was expecting a child with him. Doctor Srnčík hears this and is unhappy because he still hoped that he and Agáta would form a couple. Vilma treats a patient who was admitted to the hospital as a participant in a car accident. Vilma discovered that he actually wanted to kill himself. Rebeka, together with the new head of surgery, is operating on a seriously injured woman who was involved in the collision.
