Guillermo organizes a dinner at his house as a thank you for the attention that Dr. Rosa María has had with him. After a heated argument with Héctor, Guillermo suffers a heart attack and is rushed to the hospital. Leonardo apologizes to his mother for disrespecting her. Seeing that her father was about to lose his life, Helena tries to reconcile with him, but Guillermo reacts in a negative way. Horacio finds Valentina in bed with Claudio. Helena complains to Héctor for having told her that he was working when in fact he was at his father's house with Patricia.
