Fabien Varelle, 31, was found dead by the sea. Judge Filiponi and his trainee Constance Meyer are quickly convinced that it was a murder disguised as an accident. The victim, known for drug trafficking, comes from a housing estate where the judge grew up. Meyer has to go and interrogate a trafficker in prison and it brings back bad memories. Filiponi has to write his internship report on her. He appreciated his remarkable work.
