When you think autumn, what drink comes to mind to fit the season? Many of you likely thought of the Starbucks PSL - or Pumpkin Spice Latte for the uninitiated. Pumpkin Spice drinks are a phenomenon of popular culture. IS it really fall if you haven't Instagrammed one of these babies? The big question, though, is actually the most obvious. How did the popularity of the Pumpkin Spice Latte happen? And more so, what does it mean for coffee culture in general?
