A Response to Lindybeige - "How Highlanders Fought" (2018x45)

Fellow history Youtuber Lindybeige recently uploaded a video called "Broadsword and targe - how Highlanders fought" in which he demonstrates the fighting techniques of the Scottish Highlanders using the targe and basket-hilted broadsword. This was a great representation of how Highlanders fought against similarly armed opponents however in this video I'd like to look at how they went about fighting the very differently equipped soldiers of the British Government as they did during the Jacobite Risings from 1689 to 1745.
