Sibon and Gerard love their suburb but their house is falling down around them, and their teenage sons are too embarrassed to bring friends home. Rain leaks through holes in the ceiling, there's water damage and mold and some issues with asbestos. Sibon is desperate to pack up and leave immediately and Andrew thinks he might have an easy time of it, but Gerard is really keen to return their Californian Bungalow back to pristine condition and then enjoy their life there.
