In the first competition of the season outside the kitchen, the participants are divided into three teams and the captains must lead them to reproduce a dish created by the judges Helena Rizzo, Erick Jacquin and Henrique Fogaça in their restaurants: Maní, Président and Sal, respectively, passing on every detail they learned to colleagues in the studio, in addition to having to impress two guests, singers Léo Jaime and Margareth Menezes. The second challenge will be with pesto pasta, which can be from the traditional one, with basil, such as beetroot, coriander, walnuts, arugula or tomato. And in the final test, competitors will be challenged to build a kebab tower with five mandatory preparations: roasted, raw, dry curd, tomato concassé and crispy onion.
